Robert Hunter Biden, change of plea already in the works, stories to follow <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/3NnglSviP0\">pic.twitter.com\/3NnglSviP0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Inner City Press (@innercitypress) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/innercitypress\/status\/1671149713540673536?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 20, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script type=\"text\/plain\" data-service=\"twitter\" data-category=\"marketing\" async data-cmplz-src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script> <\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Biden will plead guilty to the two tax misdemeanor charges and has agreed to enter a \u201cPretrial Diversion Agreement with respect to the firearm Information.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to NBC News, the plea agreement includes a \u201cprovision in which the U.S. attorney has agreed to recommend probation for Biden for his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/doj-probing-lobbying-firm-over-work-for-burisma\/\" title=\"DOJ Probing Lobbying Firm Over Work for Burisma\">tax violation<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Legal experts also say that the three charges filed against Hunter Biden will likely not result in any jail time.<\/p>\n<p>The charges indicate an end to the five-year investigation by federal prosecutors, FBI agents, and IRS officials.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Biden\u2019s attorney, Chris Clark spoke with NBC News and said that his client \u201cwill take responsibility,\u201d and is looking forward to \u201ccontinuing his recovery and moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cWith the announcement of two agreements between my client, Hunter Biden, and the Unites States Attorney\u2019s Office for the District of Delaware, it is my understanding that the five-year investigation into Hunter is resolved,\u201d Clark said. \u201cHunter will take responsibility for two instances of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-lawyers-meet-with-doj-prosecutors\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden Lawyers Meet With DOJ Prosecutors\">misdemeanor failure<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/justice-department-charges-hunter-biden\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden charged by Justice Department.\">file tax payments<\/a> when due pursuant to a plea agreement. A firearm charge, which will be subject to a pretrial diversion agreement and will not be the subject of the plea agreement, will also be filed by the Government. I know Hunter believes it is important to take responsibility for these mistakes he made during a period of turmoil and addiction in his life.
