Both parties involved must submit their pre-trial motions and motions in limine, which are motions made at the beginning of a trial to exclude certain evidence, by July 24, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Trump appeared in federal court in Miami, Florida, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him.
