Other counts include conspiracy to obstruct justice, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/evidence-in-trump-docs-case-contains-info-on-ongoing-investigations-involving-uncharged-individuals-report\/\" title=\"Trump documents reveal information on ongoing investigations involving uncharged individuals, per report.\">corruptly concealing documents<\/a> or records, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sidney-powell-is-an-american-legal-giant\/\" title=\"Sidney Powell Is an American Legal Giant\">making false statements<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe Discovery Materials, along with any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-arrested-doj-files-protective-order-to-prevent-sharing-of-classified-documents\/\" title=\"DOJ imposes order to safeguard classified documents in Donald Trump's arrest.\">information derived therefrom<\/a>, shall not be disclosed to the public or the news media, or disseminated on any news or social media platform, without prior notice to and consent of the United States or approval of the Court,\u201d Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart said in the order.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The order <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.flsd.648652\/gov.uscourts.flsd.648652.27.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> that Trump and his team also cannot disclose any of the material, due to the sensitivity of its contents, in \u201cany public filing or in open court without notice to, and agreement from, the United States, or prior approval from the Court.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The order also warned Trump, co-defendant Walt Nauta, and the defense attorneys that any violation of these rules could result in further criminal charges in the case.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cDefendants shall only have access to Discovery Materials under the direct supervision of Defense Counsel or a member of Defense Counsel\u2019s staff,\u201d the order said. \u201cDefendants shall not retain copies of Discovery Material.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The order said that all the documents must stay in the custody of the defense counsel in a secure manner and that all the material must be returned to the U.S. government or completely destroyed within 90 days of the case being brought to a conclusion.<\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The defendants are not allowed to retain any copies of the material, but they are allowed to take notes on the material, though that material must be securely stored.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/evidence-in-trump-docs-case-contains-info-on-ongoing-investigations-involving-uncharged-individuals-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Evidence In Trump Docs Case Contains Info On \u2018Ongoing Investigations\u2019 Involving \u2018Uncharged Individuals\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A federal judge barred ex-President Donald Trump from sharing evidence provided by prosecutors in the classified documents case.
