target=&#8221;_blank&#8221; rel=&#8221;noopener&#8221;>Fox News<\/a> captured the key snippet and you can enjoy it for yourself below:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Watch the latest video at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\">foxnews.com<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Karl, who is just visibly and audibly shaken, rattles off the latest Quinnipiac poll forecasting a potential Joe Biden \u2014 Donald Trump 2024 showdown.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA poll from Quinnipiac on a possible Biden\/Trump match-up puts Biden at 48 percent, Trump at 44 percent,\u201d an initially level-headed Karl said. \u201cThis is a poll, again, taken largely after the indictment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As you can hear the tension rising in his voice, Karl then began to stumble over his own words.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUh\u2026 I mean, that\u2019s got to make you a little nerv \u2014 That\u2019s within the margin of error,\u201d Karl blurted out. \u201cThat is a statistical tie.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Former DNC chair Donna Brazile dismissed the poll because, in her words, \u201cthe race was close before the indictment, the race is going to be close, no matter what happens between then and now.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-container\" class=\"one-half\">\n<div class=\"firefly-poll-question\">Do you think the Trump-indictment is a hoax?<\/div>\n<div id=\"pollFormBox\" style=\"display: none\">\n\t\t<label>Yes<\/label><br \/>\n\t\t<label>No<\/label><br \/>\n\t\t<\/p>\n<div class=\"firefly-poll-disclaimer\">\n\t\tCompleting this poll entitles you to The Western Journal news updates free of charge. You also agree to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/about\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/about\/terms-service\/\">Terms of Use<\/a>.\t\t<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-results\" style=\"display: none\">\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-results-yes\" style=\"width: 0%\">\n\t\t\tYes: 0% (0 Votes)\n\t\t<\/div>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-results-no\" style=\"width: 0%\">\n\t\t\tNo: 0% (0 Votes)\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Karl, to his minimal credit, pushed back a bit on Brazile\u2019s dismissive reply, asking her, \u201cSo what does it say about Biden that he\u2019s barely beating, or in some polls actually losing\u201d to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/one-trumps-kids-hardly-seen-first-term-angling-major-player-2024-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Brazile again dismissed it, saying the \u201ccountry is very divided.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pathetically, Brazile also appeared to dismiss the poll more as \u201cwhere we are as a nation\u201d as opposed to any actual reflection of the two likely 2024 general election candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Brazile\u2019s stance, unsurprisingly, is much more reflective of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/abc-host-can-barely-get-words-out-as-he-reads-post-trump-indictment-poll\/\" title=\"ABC host struggles to speak while reading poll on post-Trump indictment.\">unflinchingly stubborn leftists<\/a> who seem to think, through their outsized sense of self, that their opinions are somehow more factual than other people\u2019s opinions.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">ABC\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jonkarl?\">@JonKarl<\/a> literally unable to report the numbers showing how Donald Trump\u2019s favorable rating is up with Republicans and Republican-leaning independents. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/ThisWeek?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#ThisWeek<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/7BQYF93WLD\">pic.twitter.com\/7BQYF93WLD<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Brent Baker  (@BrentHBaker) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BrentHBaker\/status\/1670425577495359490?\">June 18, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\nAs to Karl\u2019s initial question about what the poll says about Biden, it doesn\u2019t say anything good.<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s steady and gradual uptick in popularity\u00a0<em>after\u00a0<\/em>he was indicted on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-trump-indictment-unsealed-worse-initially-reported\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">37 charges<\/a>, including \u201cWillful Retention of National Defense Information,\u201d means one of two things, or perhaps both, for Biden.<\/p>\n<p>It could mean that even borderline GOP voters are seeing through the ruse of Biden\u2019s Justice Department and see those 37 charges as the spurious and weaponized charges that they are.<\/p>\n<p>Conversely, it could also just mean that Biden is wildly, historically unpopular, and could very well lose a re-election bid on the demerits of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/report-not-seen-since-2008-major-real-estate-company-releases-biden-economy-forecast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general state<\/a> of the country.<\/p>\n<p>It could just as easily be a combination of those two factors.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless, the numbers sort of scream at you that something is deeply, fundamentally wrong with Biden as a political candidate.
