Vance Emerges as X Factor in Ohio GOP Senate Primary\">easy path<\/a> to join NATO. Finland has already joined the alliance, and Sweden is in the process of applying.<\/p>\n<p>Contrary to some reports, Biden clarified that he is not considering waiving the requirement for Ukraine to have a Membership Action Plan to join NATO.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, leaders from approximately 50 nations gathered in Brussels to discuss Ukraine&#8217;s pressing needs at the Ukraine Defense Contact Group meeting. Peters\">defense leaders<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Despite these developments, the question of full NATO membership for Ukraine remains unresolved.
