Officers directed the male driver on how best to move off the road so they could help with the flat tire. When they observed him having difficulty maneuvering the SUV to allow vehicles to pass, they activated their lights to pull him over,\u201d the police report said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The report added that officers at the scene had a \u201cstrong suspicion\u201d that Huggins was intoxicated. The criminal complaint against Huggins says he had a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/i-run-yall-budget-bro-michigan-democrat-warned-state-troopers-after-stop-for-driving-drunk-report-says\/\" title=\"\u2018I Run Y\u2019All Budget, Bro\u2019: Michigan Democrat Warned State Troopers After Stop For Driving Drunk, Report Says\">blood alcohol content<\/a> of .210. Empty beer cans in trash bags were also found in the car, according to CBS Sports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThey asked him to exit the vehicle to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/legendary-basketball-coach-bob-huggins-arrested-on-dui-charges\/\" title=\"Basketball Coach Bob Huggins Arrested for DUI\">perform standard field sobriety tests<\/a>, which he failed. The male was placed in custody without incident and transported for further testing,\u201d the police report added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The University of West Virginia, where Huggins leads the men\u2019s basketball team, said that it was reviewing the incident.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWest Virginia University is aware of an incident last night involving Head Men\u2019s Basketball Coach Bob Huggins, for which he was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) in the City of Pittsburgh.
