The sides have not yet set a date. Archer was also convicted last year of defrauding a Native American tribe out of millions.<\/p>\n<h3>Other Investigations Involving Hunter Biden<\/h3>\n<p>The first son is the focus of other investigations. The Justice Department is investigating the <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/inside-the-whirlwind-48-hours-before-hunter-biden-bought-his-handgun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">purchase<\/a> of a firearm Biden made while using drugs, which is a federal offense. He&#8217;s also facing an Internal Revenue Service probe over his taxes.
