The company&#8217;s vice president of North American operations, Chuck Thelen, stated that they received a response indicating that it was not a covered transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Republican Rep. John Moolenaar of Michigan, who opposes the project, criticized the panel for its lack of action. He highlighted Gotion&#8217;s failure to disclose the materials submitted to the committee and the non-disclosure agreements it forced Michigan officials to sign.
