Al Franken Floats Conspiracy Theory About Judge in Trump Case Before Trial Even Begins<\/h2>\n<p>As the establishment media blasts Kool &#038; the Gang\u2019s \u201cCelebration\u201d at top volume on repeat over the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/house-democrat-leader-slams-republicans-defending-trump-after-federal-indictment\/\" title=\"Democrat leader criticizes GOP for supporting Trump despite federal indictment.\">37-count federal indictment<\/a> against former President Donald Trump, there is something the left is fretting about: namely, the judge assigned to the case.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/chief-clerk-bad-news-furious-trump-appointed-judge-presiding-docs-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Judge Aileen Cannon<\/a>, a Trump appointee, is scheduled to hear the case against the former president, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/disgraced-former-sen-al-franken-floats-conspiracy-theory-about-judge-in-trump-case-before-trial-even-begins\/\" title=\"Al Franken suggests conspiracy theory about Trump case judge before trial.\">includes felony charges<\/a> of willful retention of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/joe-biden-rips-trump-for-doing-the-same-thing-the-obama-administration-did\/\" title=\"Joe Biden Rips Trump For Doing The Same Thing The Obama Administration Did\">national defense information<\/a>, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and false statements. The press is going full-Chernobyl over this, given that Cannon gave Trump\u2019s team what they saw as favorable rulings after the raid on the president\u2019s Mar-a-Lago residence last August.<\/p>\n<p>The freakout level at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2023\/06\/12\/judge-aileen-cannon-trump-documents-case-00101641\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Politico<\/a>, for instance, is about a 5: \u201cTrump drew one of his favorite judges.
