It\u2019s more like coaching,\u201d said Haks\u00f6z, speaking exclusively with Reuters ahead of his Bundestag appearance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a very serious job, and it has serious consequences for workers. This job has changed me,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd these outsourcers are helping the tech giants get away from their responsibilities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meta has faced mounting pressure over the working conditions of content moderators keeping its platform safe.
