I know there\u2019s gonna be a flood, a flurry of motions, motion to dismiss, discovery issues, all of that. So it really all depends. Obviously, all of us want to know what Judge [Aileen] Cannon is going to do and whether or not she\u2019s going to delay this particular case.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Trump was indicted on federal charges in Florida last week for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-launches-2024-presidential-bid\/\" title=\"Trump Launches 2024 Presidential Bid\">allegedly mishandling classified documents<\/a>, and he entered a not guilty plea in a Miami courthouse on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<h3>Other Cases<\/h3>\n<p>Trump was previously indicted by Bragg this year on charges that he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-indicted-ratcliffe-says-manhattan-da-case-clearly-unconstitutional\/\" title=\"Donald Trump indicted: Ratcliffe says Manhattan DA case 'clearly unconstitutional'\">allegedly falsified business records<\/a> over payments made during the 2016 election. At the same time, prosecutors in Fulton County, Georgia, are investigating the former president for potential interference in the 2020 election in Georgia, with District Attorney Fani Willis saying that the former president could be indicted in August.<\/p>\n<p>James\u2019s $250 million lawsuit alleges that Trump inflated his assets to secure favorable loans that he shouldn\u2019t have been entitled to. He\u2019s scheduled to go on trial in that case in October, while the trial in Bragg\u2019s case is slated for next March.<\/p>\n<h3>Impact on Other Cases<\/h3>\n<p>The Democrat attorney general, in an interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PodSaveAmerica\/status\/1668441446968594432?cxt=HHwWgMDQ8f-pv6cuAAAA\">Pod Save America<\/a>, responded to a question about whether the federal case will tie in with James\u2019s investigation or Manhattan District Attorney Bragg\u2019s case.<\/p>\n<p>But Pete Skandalakis, director of the Prosecuting Attorneys\u2019 Council of Georgia, suggested that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ny-attorney-general-says-lawsuit-against-trump-could-be-delayed\/\" title=\"NY AG: Lawsuit Against Trump May Face Delay.\">federal classified documents case wouldn\u2019<\/a>t disrupt the scheduling of other cases, including the Fulton County one. His research shows that there is \u201cno law that gives the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/better-than-expected-u-s-economy-added-638000-jobs-in-october-unemployment-dropped-to-6-9\/\" title=\"Better Than Expected: U.S. Economy Added 638,000 Jobs in October, Unemployment Dropped to 6.9%\">federal government<\/a> the ability to go first,\u201d he told the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ajc.com\/news\/live-updates\/trump-federal-indictment\/\">Atlanta Journal-Constitution<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Trump\u2019s Response<\/h3>\n<p>Trump has categorically denied wrongdoing, asserting that he is being targeted by a Democrat-led witch hunt amid his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kamala-harris-has-never-talked-about-2024-campaign-plans-with-biden\/\" title=\"Kamala Harris Has 'Never Talked About' 2024 Campaign Plans with Biden\">2024 presidential campaign<\/a>.
