Has he ever been confronted with that question?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is not <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-releases-list-of-president-trumps-accomplishments-and-it-is-historic\/\" title=\"White House Releases List of President Trump\u2019s Accomplishments \u2013  And It Is Historic!\">holding back<\/a> in his criticism of President Joe Biden and the Department of Justice. McCarthy is questioning how it is possible that the president had classified documents from his time as a Senator when those documents should be held in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dem-civil-war-erupts-with-name-calling-leaks\/\" title=\"Dem Civil War Erupts With Name-Calling, Leaks\">sensitive compartmented information facility<\/a>, or SCIF.<\/p>\n<h3>Equal Justice or Political Weaponization?<\/h3>\n<p>McCarthy is not alone in his concerns. Earlier this week, he criticized the Justice Department for not being transparent in its investigations into both Biden and former President Donald Trump. McCarthy alleged that the department was being \u201cweaponized\u201d to target a leading opponent to the president ahead of the 2024 elections.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a sitting president who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mccarthy-blasts-biden-for-having-classified-documents-from-his-time-in-senate\/\" title=\"McCarthy criticizes Biden for possessing classified Senate documents.\">possessed classified documents dating back decades<\/a> to his time as Vice President and as a Senator,\u201d McCarthy tweeted. \u201cYet he is now weaponizing the federal government to go after his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/moscow-murders-the-danger-of-standing-up-to-the-russian-regime\/\" title=\"Moscow Murders: The Danger Of Standing Up To The Russian Regime\">leading political opponent<\/a>. Where is the equal justice under the law?\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>SCIF: The Ultra-Secure Room<\/h3>\n<p>A SCIF is an ultrasecure room that does not allow technology. It is used by officials and government contractors to review highly classified documents and information. The fact that classified documents were found outside of the SCIF raises serious questions about the security of sensitive information.<\/p>\n<h3>Trump Indicted, Biden Not Charged<\/h3>\n<p>Last week, Trump was indicted by a Florida grand jury on charges related to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senate-intel-committee-issues-bipartisan-request-for-more-info-on-mar-a-lago-raid\/\" title=\"Senate Intel Committee Issues Bipartisan Request for More Info on Mar-a-Lago Raid\">classified documents found<\/a> at his Mar-a-Lago resort last year. He pleaded not guilty to all 37 charges. Classified documents were also found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement last November from Biden&#8217;s time as vice president to Barack Obama. However, no charges have been brought against the president.<\/p>\n<p>McCarthy is not letting this issue go. He is demanding answers and accountability from the president and the DOJ.
