The Nagel girls were jabbed against their father\u2019s wishes after the Rhode Island Supreme Court effectively sided with the girls\u2019 mother.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As previously reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/13\/rhode-island-supreme-court-rejects-brief-from-doctors-advising-against-giving-children-the-covid-jab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Federalist<\/a>, Joshua and his then-wife Lauren Nagel were granted a divorce by a final decree in September 2020. As part of the couple\u2019s divorce agreement, both Lauren and Joshua would share in all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nba-greats-ex-begs-court-to-block-their-trans-kids-gender-change-says-dad-positioned-to-profit\/\" title=\"NBA Great\u2019s Ex Begs Court To Block Their Trans Kid\u2019s Gender Change, Says Dad \u2018Positioned To Profit\u2019\">major decisions affecting<\/a> their children\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/r-i-dad-files-complaint-against-pediatrician-for-using-thuggish-force-to-give-his-daughters-covid-jab\/\" title=\"Dad in RI complains about pediatrician's forceful COVID jab on daughters.\">health \u2014 including elective medical choices<\/a>. While Lauren wanted to give their children the experimental jab, Joshua did not, leading her to seek an order from a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-yanks-trump-backed-hispanic-nominee-to-federal-appeals-court\/\" title=\"Biden Yanks Trump-Backed Hispanic Nominee to Federal Appeals Court\">trial court<\/a> last year that would grant her unilateral authority to give their daughters the shot based upon their pediatrician\u2019s advice, which was to vaccinate.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1853582879\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-ea10c7fb1df3f5bf1206e34a3f1f9a9f fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-ea10c7fb1df3f5bf1206e34a3f1f9a9f\"><\/div>\n<p>While the trial court found Joshua\u2019s refusal to consent to give the girls the Covid shot was not \u201cobjectively unreasonable,\u201d it nonetheless\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/GLAyR#selection-1105.390-1105.420\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">overrode the divorce agreement<\/a>\u00a0in January, deciding it would be within the \u201cbest interests\u201d of the Nagel girls to receive the jab. After rejecting an <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/13\/rhode-island-supreme-court-rejects-brief-from-doctors-advising-against-giving-children-the-covid-jab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">amicus brief<\/a> from dozens of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/how-to-show-lockdowns-are-killing-more-people-than-the-virus\/\" title=\"How To Show Lockdowns Are Killing More People Than The Virus\">medical professionals<\/a> who argued the \u201cpotential benefits of vaccinating [the Nagel girls] are far outweighed by the certain risks of harm to them,\u201d the Rhode Island Supreme Court affirmed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-rules-against-abbotts-executive-order-banning-mask-mandates\/\" title=\"Judge Rules Against Abbott\u2019s Executive Order Banning Mask Mandates\">trial court\u2019<\/a>s decision on May 5.<\/p>\n<p>In his <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/andrewbostom\/status\/1665788948629602305?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">complaint<\/a> filed with the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH), Joshua is claiming that Dr. Colleen Powers and her assistant \u201cforcibly restrained\u201d his 5- and 8-year-old daughters during a May 9 appointment to receive the Covid shot, while both children were \u201cpleading &#038; screaming not to receive the injections.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDespite my 8-year-old\u2019s plaintive appeal for an additional few minutes to get herself together, she was given no respite, and forcibly injected while sitting on the floor, screaming loudly, as Dr. Powers &#038; her assistant restrained her,\u201d the complaint alleges. \u201cMy 5-year-old, who hid under an examination table to avoid being injected, was extracted by force, and then restrained, again by both Dr. Powers and her assistant, &#038; forcibly injected while the child screamed and yelled in protest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In an audio recording of the appointment, which can be found below, both girls are heard repeatedly saying they don\u2019t want to receive the injection and crying in protest.
