Crow&#8217;s attorney, Michael D. Bopp, sent a letter to Durbin on Monday offering to meet with Senate Judiciary Committee staff to discuss Crow&#8217;s interactions with Thomas, but expressed concerns about the panel&#8217;s authority to investigate the relationship.
