The EPA accused the beer manufacturer of failing to comply with regulations designed to protect communities and the environment from hazardous materials like anhydrous ammonia. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cFailure to comply with the law puts first responders and members of the surrounding community in harm\u2019s way.\u201d &#8211; EPA Regional Administrator K.C.
