Jordan is seeking an unredacted copy of the memorandum outlining the scope of Smith\u2019s probes regarding President Trump and any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-investigation-jordan-demands-garland-hand-over-smith-special-counsel-memo\/\" title=\"Jordan demands Garland give up Smith memo in Trump probe.\">supporting documentation related<\/a> to his appointment as special counsel. Garland\u2019s deadline for forfeiting such records to the House Judiciary Committee is June 20, according to the letter.<\/p>\n<p>This is Jordan\u2019s second letter within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jim-jordan-demands-merrick-garland-forfeit-records-over-the-fbis-mar-a-lago-raid\/\" title=\"Jim Jordan wants Merrick Garland to give up records on FBI's Mar-A-Lago raid.\">past week requesting additional information related<\/a> to the FBI\u2019s Mar-a-Lago raid.
