The grand jury empaneled to hear arguments from prosecutors about Trump\u2019s possession of classified documents is expected to meet this week, the report said.<\/p>\n<h3>Jordan&#8217;s Previous Concerns<\/h3>\n<p>Last week, Jordan <a href=\"https:\/\/judiciary.house.gov\/sites\/evo-subsites\/republicans-judiciary.house.gov\/files\/evo-media-document\/2023-06-01-jdj-to-garland-re-durham-report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote to Garland<\/a> over concerns that any investigation into Trump might be tainted, citing the report of special counsel John Durham.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe extent of the FBI\u2019s bias and reckless disregard for the truth, which Special Counsel Durham laid out in painstaking detail, is nothing short of scandalous,\u201d the Judiciary Committee chairman wrote. \u201cThe FBI has tried to dismiss the report\u2019s findings by claiming to have \u2018already implemented dozens of corrective actions\u2019 to prevent similar misconduct in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe FBI\u2019s window dressing is not enough.
