He stated that every member of the Oversight Committee has the responsibility to see the documents, not just the chairman and ranking member.<\/p>\n<h3>Wray Must Follow Through on His Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p>McCarthy criticized Wray for not allowing all members of the Oversight Committee to see the FD-1023 form and stated that it was not enough. He demanded that Wray produce the document to the committee by Thursday, or else face contempt charges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey don\u2019t get to tell us yes or no about this process.
