Poor performance is defined as a score of less than 50, and excellent performance as a score of more than 70.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholders and potential investors look at these scores which makes them increasingly important in the business world.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, executives like Fink are using their importance to slip in vague, progressive categories like \u201ccarbon footprint,\u201d \u201csocial vulnerability,\u201d \u201cdisadvantaged or priority populations,\u201d and \u201cboard of Directors\u2019 diversity,\u201d just to name a few.<\/p>\n<p>In a <a and at BlackRock we are forcing behaviors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He went on to self-righteously laud his forcing increased diversity rates at BlackRock regardless of competency or merit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we\u2019re doing internally is, if you don\u2019t achieve these levels of \u2018impact\u2019, your compensation could be impacted,\u201d Fink added.<\/p>\n<p>Kenneth Chenault, who was the CEO and chairman of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/new-rule-introduced-unelected-global-body-will-impact-every-firearm-purchased-us-credit-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Express<\/a> quickly interjected, \u201cWe\u2019re doing the same thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fink continued, \u201cYou have to force behaviors and if you don\u2019t force behaviors, whether it\u2019s gender, or race, or any way you want to say, \u2018the composition of your team,\u2019 you\u2019re going to be impacted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He concluded, \u201cWe\u2019re going to have to force change.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The resurfaced clip garnered the attention of Tesla Founder and CEO, Elon Musk, who called the video \u201cconcerning\u201d Monday on Twitter.<\/p>\n<blockquote changes seem to have taken root as we have seen an absurd wave of wokeism hit the corporate world since 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Anheuser-Busch Companies, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/censured-trans-lawmaker-sends-ominous-warning-target-pulls-lgbt-merch-shelves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Target<\/a> and Kohls are only a few household names that have embraced \u201cwokeness\u201d and attempted to normalize its various abominations to their consumers.<\/p>\n<p>Now that we are in the first week of \u201cpride month,\u201d you can be sure that many other companies led by executives who subscribe to Fink\u2019s moral insanity will also follow suit for fear of ESG-type scoring systems.<\/p>\n<p>A Twitter user correctly shared by millions of Americans who have stopped buying Bud Light to the cost of billions to Anheuser-Busch and even caused <a audience.\">remove pro-trans child wear<\/a><\/a> that were being sold in their shopping locations.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, discretionary income is something we as consumers should be wielding with unflinching resolve, but it is disturbing to see monster corporations like BlackRock and American Express endorse this kind of ruthless, intersectional tyranny against those who simply want to perform a job in exchange for money.<\/p>\n<p>For this is the goal of the enemy: to control your means of earning a living and thus control what you say and believe to attain it.<\/p>\n<h3>Conclusion<\/h3>\n<p>I strongly encourage those who wish to see the practice of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/op-ed-state-lawmakers-chance-strike-back-anti-consumer-esg-regime-must-take\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ESG scoring outlawed<\/a>, to petition your state representatives and lawmakers before this practice completely takes hold of the corporate world in this country.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s take a stand against this kind of tyranny and protect our
