Parlatore pointed out that Trump may not be charged, citing the lack of prosecution in the Hillary Clinton email case in 2016.<\/p>\n<h3>Why Trump May Not Be Charged<\/h3>\n<p>Parlatore explained that every case must be evaluated based on the facts and the law, and whether it is provable. He also mentioned the discretion of prosecution and whether it makes sense to pursue a case.
