Her lawyers have filed a notice of appeal in her election lawsuit against Maricopa County and now-Gov. Katie Hobbs.<\/p>\n<p>Lake recently spoke to conservative TV network Real America\u2019s Voice, revealing that her team now has video evidence to support claims of alleged misconduct in Maricopa County. She stated, \u201cAnd that was not available to us because Maricopa County, the people who committed the crime against the people, held that information from us. Now we have the information, and that changes everything. And so we are filing a notice to appeal, and you\u2019ll see more filings in the coming days.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Despite facing criticism for her pursuit of election-related challenges, Lake remains determined to fight for the people. She said, \u201cWe the People showed up to cast our sacred vote, and until we get our government back, I\u2019m not going to stop fighting. I don\u2019t care what they say.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe video shows the installation of new memory cards which happens in each election,\u201d Maricopa County wrote on May 30. \u201cA judge already considered this supposedly \u2018new\u2019 evidence in Ms. Lake\u2019s election contest and found it unconvincing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Lake\u2019s team alleged that Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson incorrectly ruled in a case of whether officials in the county followed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-attorney-phil-kline-and-it-expert-j-r-carlson-presser-wednesday-exposing-mark-zuckerbergs-dark-money-cash-for-chaos\/\" title=\"BREAKING: Attorney Phil Kline and IT Expert J.R. It also flags what her lawyers alleged were widespread vote-tabulating problems across dozens of polling locations on Election Day.<\/p>\n<p>At a rally in Arizona, Lake stated that she is prepared to take her case to the U.S. Supreme Court, although the high court has shown little appetite in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kari-lake-announces-appeal-in-election-lawsuit-says-they-now-have-the-video\/\" title=\"Kari Lake to Appeal Election Lawsuit with New Video Evidence.\">hearing election fraud-related cases<\/a> since the 2020 election. She said, \u201cWe want to take this case to the United States Supreme Court. I hear they\u2019re interested in it. They realize our country is being torn apart. The fabric of our country is just torn apart right now. And they want an election case, and I think we\u2019ve got the perfect one to bring to them.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Witnesses Speak Out<\/h3>\n<p>Lake said that witnesses spoke of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-dismissed-october-proposal-to-provide-free-at-home-tests-to-americans-for-the-holidays\/\" title=\"White House Dismissed October Proposal To Provide Free At-Home Tests To Americans For The Holidays\">hours-long lines<\/a> at a number of voting locations during the Nov. 8 contest, arguing that data signals that it was mainly Republican voters who were impacted. Maricopa County officials have previously said that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kari-lake-announces-appeal-in-election-lawsuit-now-have-the-video\/\" title=\"Kari Lake to Appeal Election Lawsuit with Video Evidence.\">printing machines suffered issues<\/a> but have insisted that all voters were able to cast their ballots and have them counted.<\/p>\n<h3>Prepared to Fight for the People<\/h3>\n<p>Kari Lake is not backing down.
