The company is testing a new experience at one of its stores in Chicago, with new concepts, technologies, and practices to enhance the experiences of its customers and team members.<\/p>\n<p>The new system requires customers to order most items digitally, and a worker has to shop for them. Only two aisles are available for customers to shop, and two employees will watch them. The CWBChicago tried out the new system and was almost overcharged for a bottle of Coke. It took two store employees to correct the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Reactions to the new store online were not generally positive. Some people criticized the new system, saying it was inconvenient, especially for seniors and disabled people.
