The investigation has expanded to include &#8220;activities in Washington, D.C., and several other states,&#8221; two sources said.<\/p>\n<h3>Trump&#8217;s Campaign Paid Over $1 Million to Find Election Fraud<\/h3>\n<p>Trump&#8217;s campaign reportedly paid more than $1 million to Simpatico Software Systems and Berkeley Research Group but did not release the results after the firms did not surface evidence of widespread fraud.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNo substantive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-ag-barr-authorizes-federal-prosecutors-to-pursue-substantial-allegations-of-voting-irregularities-before-2020-election-is-certified\/\" title=\"BREAKING: AG Barr Authorizes Federal Prosecutors to Pursue \"Substantial Allegations\" of Voting Irregularities Before 2020 Election is Certified\">voter fraud<\/a> was uncovered in my investigations looking for it, nor was I able to confirm any of the outside claims of voter fraud that I was asked to look at,\u201d Simpatico Software Systems founder Ken Block told the <em>Post<\/em> in April. \u201cEvery fraud claim I was asked to investigate was false.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> contacted SSS and BRG for a response. At least one of the firms has been subpoenaed in the Georgia investigation, according to the <em>Post<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>Possible Charges Against Trump in August<\/h3>\n<p>Earlier this month, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fulton-county-investigation-into-trump-probing-activities-in-other-states-report\/\" title=\"Fulton County investigates Trump's activities in other states: Report.\">district attorney signaled<\/a> she may bring charges against the former president in August. That notice came after she asked judges in Fulton County not to schedule trials and in-person hearings in the first part of the month.<\/p>\n<p>Willis began probing Trump after his call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in January 2021, where he asked him to \u201cfind 11,780 votes.\u201d Regarding the widely rebuked call Trump had with Raffensperger, legal experts have questioned whether uttering those words broke the law.<\/p>\n<h3>Investigation Focuses on Phone Calls to Georgia Officials<\/h3>\n<p>The focus of the investigation is also aimed at other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-what-the-media-didnt-tell-you-about-breonna-taylors-shooting\/\" title=\"Exclusive: What The Media Didn\u2019t Tell You About Breonna Taylor\u2019s Shooting\">phone calls made<\/a> to multiple Georgia officials after Trump lost the election, including calls by some of his closest allies to his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fox-news-calls-2-7-billion-smartmatic-lawsuit-attack-on-first-amendment-moves-to-dismiss\/\" title=\"Fox News Calls .7 Billion Smartmatic Lawsuit Attack On First Amendment, Moves To Dismiss\">election fraud claims<\/a>, such as attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Sydney Powell, and John Eastman.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> reached out to the Trump campaign and Fulton County for comment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Fulton County, Georgia investigation into Donald Trump&#8217;s alleged election interference is expanding to include his activities in other states.
