He&#8217;s the third mayor of that city to be arrested in 11 years.<\/p>\n<p>DeFillipo didn&#8217;t even live in his city, violating the city charter, but he drove to North Miami Beach to vote three times, in August, October, and November, according to the <em>Miami Herald<\/em>.
