Now, you also shoulder a great privilege and a mighty responsibility: leadership,\u201d Biden said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019re going to look to you for guidance and inspiration because the world is going to get more confusing. They\u2019ll put their trust in you, and you in turn must strive to always be worthy of their confidence.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"video_fit_container\">\n\t\t<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"671\" height=\"377\" class=\"video_frame\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T0tLhqq1JNE?wmode=transparent&#038;wmode=opaque\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<h3>Challenges Ahead<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Russia\u2019s war in Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>China\u2019s threat<\/li>\n<li>Climate change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re seeing proliferating global challenges, from Russia\u2019s aggression and brutality in Europe to our competition with China, and a whole hell of a lot in between, from growing instability to food insecurity and natural disasters, all of which are being made worse by the existential threat of climate change,\u201d Biden said.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence have the potential to change the nature of a conflict. He stated that he spoke with key AI scientists at the White House and that \u201csome are very worried that AI can actually <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/weve-got-a-lot-to-deal-with-biden-predicts-confusing-world-at-air-force-academy-graduation\/\" title=\"Biden foresees a complex world ahead at Air Force Academy graduation.\">overtake human thinking<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, we\u2019ve got a lot to deal with,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Biden also told new graduates to be ready to compete with China.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe United States does not seek conflict or confrontation with China. China and the United States should be able to work together where we can solve global challenges like climate, but we are prepared for vigorous competition,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will stand up for our interests, for our friends, for our values.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>During his speech, Biden also took the opportunity to criticize climate skeptics.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t hear many of my friends anymore saying, \u2018There\u2019s no climate change,\u2019 or finally they\u2019ve figured it out.
