Yoo said the North&#8217;s Kim appears to have observed the launch on site.<\/p>\n<h3>Third-Generation Hereditary Leader<\/h3>\n<p>Kim is a third-generation hereditary leader who came to power after his father Kim Jong Il died in 2011 from a heart attack.<\/p>\n<p>North Korea&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/south-korea-uses-ai-to-weigh-north-korea-dictator-hes-really-fat-it-determined\/\" title=\"South Korea employs AI to measure North Korea's leader.
