He has since removed the post, according to a report.<\/p>\n<h3>A Win for the GOP<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I recognize, yesterday, I made a post that was hurtful to the Pride community, which includes friends of mine, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-approves-executive-order-for-sanctions-on-myanmar-officials-in-response-to-military-coup\/\" title=\"Biden Approves Executive Order For Sanctions On Myanmar Officials In Response To Military Coup\">close family members<\/a> of mine, and I am truly sorry for that,&#8221; Bass told the media ahead of the Blue Jays game against the Milwaukee Brewers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I just spoke with my teammates and shared with them my actions yesterday, and I apologized with them, and, as of right now, I am using the Blue Jays&#8217; resources to better educate myself to make better <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/big-ten-acc-pac-12-announce-college-football-alliance\/\" title=\"Big Ten, ACC, Pac-12 Announce College Football Alliance\">decisions moving forward<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Baseball is for everyone, according to the reliever. &#8220;The ballpark is for everybody. We include all fans at the ballpark, and we want to welcome everybody,&#8221; he said. &#8220;That&#8217;s all I have to say.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Blue Jays will host a Pride Weekend celebration from June 9-10, and Bass will undergo multiple &#8220;steps&#8221; following his actions, according to team manager John Schneider.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;We&#8217;re not going to pretend like this never happened. We&#8217;re not going to pretend like it&#8217;s the end and move on,&#8221; Schneider said.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;There are definitely more steps that are going to follow,&#8221; he continued, adding that Bass will likely not face disciplinary action by the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It&#8217;s important to remember that inclusivity is key in sports and in life.
