They have also attacked McCarthy for negotiating this deal with Biden, calling it a win for Democrats and saying Republicans who support this bill are handing a blank check to Biden and the Democrats.<\/p>\n<p>More than 20 Republicans have already come out and said they would not support the bill and want to see it fail and start over from scratch. They say they want to see more spending cuts, caps, and conservative priorities in the bill.<\/p>\n<p>Former New York Republican Rep.
