He has been in the news recently for his lawsuits against the Biden administration, but his reputation has taken a hit due to allegations of misconduct.<\/p>\n<h3>Accusations of Misconduct<\/h3>\n<p>Investigators have accused Paxton of a number of misdoings, including an alleged attempt to hide an affair, misusing his office to help a donor, and creating a culture of fear and retaliation in his office.
