During a conversation with Apple Music\u2019s Zane Lowe, the topic turned to mental health and what it meant to \u201cact normal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI went through this crazy psychedelic spiritual experience in the midst of the anxiety \u2026 it was pure anxiety. My brain felt like \u2026 I thought maybe it was the process of having a psychotic break or something.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Kesha explained that she hadn&#8217;t found peace on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/walsh-karen-is-an-anti-white-racial-slur\/\" title=\"WALSH: \u2018Karen\u2019 Is An Anti-White Racial Slur\">personal level<\/a> until she really dove into her own spirituality and felt comfortable with herself. She said that she often felt as though her \u201csocial graces have gotten a little rusty,\u201d adding that she found herself <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/singer-kesha-says-her-anxiety-once-got-so-bad-she-thought-she-was-having-a-psychotic-break\/\" title=\"Kesha experienced severe anxiety, thought she was having a psychotic break.\">discussing intensely personal things<\/a> with strangers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen people start doing small talk, I start telling them about my like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/green-bay-packers-aaron-rodgers-credits-psychedelics-for-his-best-season\/\" title=\"Green Bay Packers\u2019 Aaron Rodgers Credits Psychedelics For His \"Best Season\"\">psychedelic experience<\/a> and then they\u2019re just like, \u2018I just wanted to ride the elevator with you\u2019 and it\u2019s just impossible now,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m like \u2026 full-blown.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>How Do You Act Normal?<\/h3>\n<p>Kesha went on to describe just how crippling her anxiety had been at times, noting that her initial image was so loved that she felt as though she couldn\u2019t show all sides of herself.
