Additionally, Anheuser-Busch\u2019s market cap had lost more than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/conservatives-can-declare-victory-bud-light-boycott-anheuser-busch-market-value-15-7-billion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$15 billion<\/a> as of Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>All of it could have been avoided, former Anheuser-Busch president of sales and distribution Anson Frericks told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/a-long-hot-dry-summer-former-anheuser-busch-president-makes-dire-prediction-about-the-future-of-bud-light\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Daily Wire<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWhen I first joined, it was the world\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/raphael-warnock-raised-the-alarm-on-big-corporations-buying-up-homes-but-took-thousands-from-wall-street-execs-at-a-firm-doing-just-that\/\" title=\"Raphael Warnock Raised The Alarm On Big Corporations Buying Up Homes, But Took Thousands From Wall Street Execs At A Firm Doing Just That\">largest private equity firm<\/a> that happened to sell beer. It was a very merit-based culture,\u201d Frericks said.<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cIf you take a look at the 10 principles when I first joined, they said, \u2018This is a meritocracy, we recruit people better than ourselves.\u2019 If you take a look at their 10 principles now, they say, \u2018We\u2019re judged by the diversity of our teams.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Anheuser-Busch\u2019s current <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ab-inbev.com\/who-we-are\/our-purpose\/our-principles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10 principles<\/a> have nothing to say about hard work or being the best.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>No. 3<\/strong> says, \u201cWe are powered by great people and build diverse teams through inclusion and collaboration.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>The other nine are mindless corporate dribble about topics such as personal growth, innovation and \u201cdreaming big.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The company\u2019s current list of principles makes it abundantly clear how Bud Light became a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/bud-light-becomes-global-laughingstock-foreign-reporter-puts-woke-brands-country-notice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">byword<\/a> in such a short time: Anheuser-Busch forgot what put it on top of the beer world and kept it there.<\/p>\n<p>In any event, Frericks had a bleak outlook for his former employer. He\u00a0predicted \u201ca long, hot, dry summer for Anheuser-Busch.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI think that you\u2019re going to see sales continue to be down because \u2026 it\u2019s too easy for [customers] to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/boycott-not-stopping-bud-lights-situation-getting-worse-time-goes-miller-coors-triumph\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">switch<\/a> to other brands,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf they want those customers back, they have an easy decision that they can make, which is saying, \u2018We want Bud Light customers back, therefore Bud Light is not going to get involved with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bud-light-budweiser-cans-to-debut-new-design-as-company-scrambles-to-win-back-customers-report\/\" title=\"Bud Light, Budweiser Cans to Debut New Design as Company Scrambles to Win Back Customers: Report\">political issues moving forward<\/a>.\u2019 If not, they\u2019re probably going to be in a worse position next year and their sales will continue to decline.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It appears as though Anheuser-Busch lost its identity by hiring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/second-bud-light-exec-put-leave-aftermath-company-going-woke-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">woke executives<\/a> with questionable values who focused too much on employees\u2019 skin color.<\/p>\n<p>The Mulvaney partnership was a train wreck waiting to happen.<\/p>\n<p>Anheuser-Busch was so worried about its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/anheuser-busch-held-top-score-industry-ranking-now-delisted-stripped-awards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">woke credit score<\/a> that\u00a0it forgot who its target customers were and proceeded to insult them.<\/p>\n<h3>Conclusion<\/h3>\n<p>Former Anheuser-Busch executive Anson Frericks has predicted a &#8220;long, hot, dry summer&#8221; for the company due to Bud Light&#8217;s focus on &#8220;diversity&#8221; over job competency. The company&#8217;s recent partnership with trans social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney has caused a boycott and a significant drop in sales.
