Pat Fallon (R-Texas).<\/p>\n<h3>What Did the Subcommittee Chairman Say?<\/h3>\n<p>Fallon took aim at the department\u2019s no-shows during the hearing, saying they \u201cought to be here at this hearing to answer questions about rule-making on gas stoves.\u201d He also asked, \u201cWhat are they hiding?
