But it did travel more than I wish it would have, and it did cause me to go to therapy,\u201d he said of making an error during the performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI come out for my thing. I rehearsed it a million times. I\u2019m feeling really confident about it \u2014 not even really thinking about it like it\u2019s a thing that\u2019s going to be problematic,\u201d Jonas said. \u201cI started off, it was fine and as I walked towards her, I just went completely blank and I hit a wrong note and blacked out basically and clocked that it was wrong and I couldn\u2019t stop.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jonas described how much this mistake affected him despite his making light of the situation at the time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cTil this day and hours after unpacking it, I can\u2019t really figure out exactly what happened, but I was rushed to a car and rushed to a plane right after it,\u201d the \u201cOnly Human\u201d singer said. \u201cI looked at my manager and said, \u2018I think that was bad.\u2019 I was, like, in shock kinda. It was a really <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/its-time-to-treat-social-media-as-a-public-health-emergency\/\" title=\"It\u2019s Time To Treat Social Media As A Public Health Emergency\">traumatic moment<\/a> that shaped the pressure I put on myself to be perfect and to always be on.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Lessons Learned<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jonas told Shepard that the experience taught him not to put so much pressure on himself.
