Gov. Nancy Dahlstrom, the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) is alleging that &#8220;ERIC reports are &#8216;records&#8217; subject to the disclosure provision of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).&#8221; Under the NVRA, states are required to make &#8220;available for public inspection, for a period of at least two years, all records concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters.&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Documents revealing the identity of the government agency through which any particular registrant was registered<\/li>\n<li>Those showing an individual declined to register to vote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In August 2021, PILF submitted a request to the Alaska Division of Elections for ERIC data from 2019-2021 &#8220;concerning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bad-news-for-biden-women-lost-26k-jobs-in-september\/\" title=\"Bad News For Biden: Women Lost 26K Jobs In September\">registered voters identified<\/a> as deceased or potentially deceased&#8221; and reports &#8220;showing all registrants removed from the list of eligible voters for reason of death&#8221; for those same years. While the division provided some of the requested information in September 2021, it denied the first request, arguing, as the court described, that &#8220;the source of [that] data is the Social Security Master Death File and that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-greenlights-election-integrity-lawsuit-seeking-eric-voter-data-in-alaska-after-lt-gov-tried-to-shut-it-down\/\" title=\"Alaska's Election Integrity Lawsuit, seeking ERIC voter data, has been approved by a judge despite the Lt.
