The concrete and glass Malibu estate took almost 15 years to build.<\/p>\n<h3>An Art Museum and a Home<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/entertainment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beyonc\u00e9 and Jay-Z<\/span><\/a> purchased the home, which doubles as an art museum, from renowned art collectors William and Maria Bell. The Bells are recognized as some of the most significant art collectors in the world.<\/p>\n<p>According to TMZ, Jay-Z is worth an estimated $2.5 billion, while Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s net worth is close to $500 million. Beyonc\u00e9 just began her Renaissance tour in May with a show in Stockholm.
