Kathy Hochul, Reps. Dan Goldman and Jerry Nadler of New York held a May 22 press conference in Brooklyn with progressive labor and business leaders, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2023\/05\/22\/ny-dems-biden-migrant-work-permits-00098193\">reported Politico.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-text__paragraph\">The leading New York Democrats asked the White House to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-york-democrats-call-on-biden-to-fast-track-illegal-alien-work-permits\/\" title=\"NY Dems urge Biden to expedite work permits for undocumented immigrants.\">issue special federal work permits<\/a> for the large numbers of illegal immigrants who have flooded into the state since 2022.<\/p>\n<p>They called for Biden to expedite the process by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gov-kristi-noem-passes-on-south-dakota-womens-sports-bill-issues-executive-orders-instead\/\" title=\"Gov.
