O\u2019Boyle alleges that the FBI\u2019s leadership retaliated against him after he was moved to the Virginia area from Kansas. He says that after the move, he and his family were rendered homeless after he was placed on unpaid suspension.<\/p>\n<h3>FBI Denies Retaliation Claims<\/h3>\n<p>The FBI has denied claims that the bureau retaliated against individuals who divulged internal information about the agency. An FBI spokesperson said in a statement that the FBI\u2019s mission is to uphold the Constitution and protect the American people, and that the FBI has not and will not retaliate against individuals who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/irs-whistleblower-alleges-hunter-biden-probe-misconduct\/\" title=\"IRS Whistleblower Alleges Hunter Biden Probe Misconduct\">make protected whistleblower disclosures<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>O\u2019Boyle Plans to Keep Fighting<\/h3>\n<p>In a recent interview with Fox News, O\u2019Boyle said that he was stuck in a \u201cpurgatory-like state\u201d while awaiting federal recourse and that his family was figuring out what to do \u201cday by day.\u201d He doesn\u2019t plan on resigning, but he offered a caveat that he won\u2019t be able to do this forever. He plans to keep fighting and shining a light on the darkness that the FBI continues to try to hide.<\/p>\n<h3>House Judiciary Subcommittee Report<\/h3>\n<p>Last week, the House Judiciary\u2019s Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released a report saying that O\u2019Boyle was reassigned to a different department, prompting him and his family to move to Virginia. When he arrived on the first day, he was placed on unpaid, indefinite suspension, effectively making his \u201cfamily homeless\u201d and depriving them of personal belongings, \u201cincluding his young children\u2019s clothing,\u201d according to the report.
