She claims that he has disobeyed the judge&#8217;s order to provide financial information. Biden is currently fighting in an Arkansas circuit court to reduce his child support payments and prevent his four-year-old daughter from taking the &#8220;Biden&#8221; last name. The child&#8217;s mother, Lunden Alexis Roberts, accuses Biden of &#8220;playing games with discovery&#8221; by not fully disclosing his investment and income records. She claims that he is trying to &#8220;disown&#8221; their daughter.<\/p>\n<p>Roberts&#8217;s legal team has also questioned Biden&#8217;s claims that he is financially struggling. They are threatening to call several of his high-profile business associates to appear in court if the child support dispute goes to trial. Roberts&#8217;s legal team is threatening to call several of Biden&#8217;s high-profile business associates to appear in court if the child support dispute goes to trial. <\/p>\n<p>Roberts&#8217;s lawyer asked the court to delay a closed-door deposition on Monday of their expert witness, Republican operative Garrett Ziegler, arguing that Ziegler was denied access to information he would need to prepare his testimony.
