An unsealed Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court filing revealed that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-rejects-motion-to-dismiss-russia-collusion-hoax-case-sussmann-trial-starts-in-may\/\" title=\"Judge Rejects Motion to Dismiss 'Russia Collusion' Hoax Case: Sussmann Trial Starts in May\">improper surveillance<\/a> was conducted a staggering 278,000 times, according to the <i> New York Post <\/i>. <\/p>\n<h3> Who Were Under Surveillance? <\/h3>\n<p> Shockingly, those under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/report-exposes-how-fbi-violated-public-trust-over-278k-times-completely-unacceptable\/\" title=\"FBI violated public trust 278K times, report reveals - 'Unacceptable'\">surveillance included participants<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/graham-the-politics-of-weaponized-car-attacks\/\" title=\"GRAHAM: The Politics Of Weaponized Car Attacks\">civil rights protests<\/a> that followed the death of George Floyd in 2020 and participants in the events of Jan. 6, 2021. <\/p>\n<h3> FBI&#8217;s Response <\/h3>\n<p> House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan of Ohio expressed his disappointment in FBI Director Christopher Wray&#8217;s response to the situation. &#8220;He told us we can sleep well at night because of the FBI&#8217;s so-called FISA reforms. But it just keeps getting worse,&#8221; according to <i> The Washington Post <\/i>. <\/p>\n<p> The Office of the Director of National Intelligence released the report on Friday, according to <i> The Hill <\/i>. The FBI maintains a database of searchable intelligence, but under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, there must be a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jan-6-electronic-surveillance-unit-was-illegal-says-rep-gohmert-attorney-suggests-entrapment\/\" title=\"Jan. 6 \u2018Electronic Surveillance Unit\u2019 Was \u2018Illegal,\u2019 Says Rep. Gohmert; Attorney Suggests \u2018Entrapment\u2019\">foreign intelligence purpose<\/a> to conduct a search, or the FBI must be seeking evidence of a crime, according to <i> Fox News <\/i>. <\/p>\n<p> Fox reported that the FBI promised to do better, according to an unnamed senior FBI official. &#8220;As Director Wray has made clear, the errors described in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court&#8217;s opinion are completely unacceptable.
