She favored Ricardo Arroyo over Kevin Hayden.<\/p>\n<h3>Extraordinary Abuse of Authority<\/h3>\n<p>Special Counsel Henry Kerner wrote in his report to President Joe Biden, \u201cMs. Rollins\u2019s conduct in leaking non\u2010public DOJ information constitutes an extraordinary abuse of her authority and threatens to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gop-senators-hold-the-line-on-for-the-people-act\/\" title=\"GOP senators hold the line on For the People Act\">erode public confidence<\/a> in the integrity of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/soros-backed-u-s-attorney-resigning-after-doj-ig-accuses-her-of-election-interference-lying-to-feds-reports\/\" title=\"US attorney, supported by Soros, resigns after DOJ IG accuses her of election interference and lying to federal authorities.\">federal law enforcement actions<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Violation of Federal Regulations<\/h3>\n<p>DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz wrote in his report, \u201cWe found Rollins\u2019s conduct described throughout this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/embattled-soros-backed-u-s-attorney-resigns-following-doj-ethics-investigation\/\" title=\"Embattled Soros-Backed U.S. Attorney Resigns Following DOJ Ethics Investigation\">report violated federal regulations<\/a>, numerous DOJ policies, her Ethics Agreement, and applicable law, and fell far short of the standards of professionalism and judgment that the Department should expect of any employee, much less a U.S. Attorney.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Resignation and Criminal Prosecution<\/h3>\n<p>Rollins will submit her resignation to Biden by the end of the week, her attorney Michael Bromwich said. Horowitz referred Rollins\u2019 alleged false statements to the DOJ for criminal prosecution, but the department ultimately \u201cdeclined prosecution,\u201d the report said.<\/p>\n<h3>Blistering Statement from Sen.
