Marjorie Taylor Greene Introduces Articles of Impeachment Against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas<\/h2>\n<h3>Mayorkas Accused of Negligence and Violating the Secure Fence Act of 2006<\/h3>\n<p>On Wednesday, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) made Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas her fourth impeachment victim this week. Greene accused Mayorkas of being negligent at the southern border and violating the Secure Fence Act of 2006 by allowing &#8220;border crossers, terrorists, human traffickers, drugs, and other contraband&#8221; into the United States. The Secure Fence Act requires the Department of Homeland Security to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-gop-is-planning-to-launch-impeachment-of-top-biden-official-report\/\" title=\"The GOP Is Planning To Launch Impeachment Of Top Biden Official: REPORT\">maintain operational control<\/a> over the border.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Since assuming office, Secretary Mayorkas has aided and abetted the complete invasion of our country by deliberately flooding our nation with drugs, terrorists, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/democrats-urge-americans-to-stay-home-in-january-knowing-no-one-would-show-up-for-a-stolen-inauguration\/\" title=\"Democrats Urge Americans to Stay Home in January Knowing No One Would Show Up for a Stolen Inauguration\">illegal aliens<\/a>,&#8221; Greene&#8217;s office said in a press release. &#8220;He lied to the American people, he lied under oath, and he has blatantly violated his oath of office.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Mayorkas&#8217;s Alleged Failures at the Border<\/h3>\n<p>Greene stated that six million immigrants have crossed into the U.S. illegally during Mayorkas&#8217;s reign in President Joe Biden&#8217;s administration and a record amount of fentanyl was seized at the border, totaling approximately 40,000 pounds. In addition, Greene alleged Mayorkas&#8217;s &#8220;catch-and-release&#8221; policies have allowed migrants to enter the country without a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/marjorie-taylor-greene-introduces-articles-of-impeachment-against-alejandro-mayorkas\/\" title=\"Greene introduces impeachment articles against Mayorkas.\">strong enforcement mechanism installed<\/a> to ensure they are processed by the U.S. courts. Sens.
