She believes that these changes will take away female athletes\u2019 right to safety and respect.<\/p>\n<p>Gaines stated on Fox &#038; Friends, \u201cAs women, we deserve the bare minimum. We deserve safety, privacy, equal opportunity, and respect.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>President Joe Biden\u2019s proposed Title IX changes would make it a violation to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/utah-house-moves-forward-with-bill-to-ban-transgender-athletes-in-school-sports\/\" title=\"Utah House Moves Forward With Bill To Ban Transgender Athletes In School Sports\">ban transgender athletes<\/a> from participating in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-new-rules-are-causing-harm-says-riley-gaines-women-deserve-safety\/\" title=\"Biden's new rules are causing harm, says Riley Gaines: 'Women deserve safety.'\">sporting competitions based<\/a> on their identified gender. Gaines believes that this change would be detrimental to women\u2019s sports and would completely destroy the integrity of women\u2019s sports.<\/p>\n<p>Gaines testified before the House Homeland Security Committee in its &#8220;Hearing On Left-Wing Violence&#8221; about threats she has faced while speaking out against biological males who identify as transgender females participating in women\u2019s athletics.<\/p>\n<h3>Gaines Stands with Republican Leaders in Support of a &#8220;Women\u2019s Bill of Rights&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Gaines also stands alongside other Republican leaders in support of a &#8220;Women\u2019s Bill of Rights&#8221; that seeks to define the word woman. She believes that it is mind-blowing that we even have to have this as a law.<\/p>\n<h3>What Female Athletes Deserve:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety<\/li>\n<li>Privacy<\/li>\n<li>Equal Opportunity<\/li>\n<li>Respect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Female athletes deserve to compete in a fair and safe environment. Gaines believes that the proposed changes to Title IX would take away these basic rights and harm women\u2019s sports.
