There\u2019s no consistency here,\u201d Deese told Fox &#038; Friends. \u201cThere\u2019s people who have wives getting court dates two years from now, and they\u2019re getting court dates five years from now. It is an entire mess.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>             Deese tweeted a photo obtained showing one immigrant\u2019s court date listed as April 13, 2027. <\/p>\n<p>He said volunteers near the border explained that immigrants receive inconsistent court dates when they cannot show proper documentation of familial relation. <\/p>\n<p>             CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER <\/p>\n<p>             Deese added that of the documents he was able to view, not one immigrant\u2019s processing form showed asylum-seeking due to facing any threats or torture. <\/p>\n<p>            \u201cIt\u2019s essentially that everyone there was just claiming financial, economic harm,\u201d Deese said. \u201cThat is one of the biggest things that an immigration judge will look at whenever they decide whether they can stay in the United States legally or not.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Immigrants are receiving very inconsistent court dates as they cross into the United States, with some being told to appear before an immigration judge within a year and others having to wait 10 years.
