She claimed that the Supreme Court was poised to make a series of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pope-francis-let-there-be-no-more-borders-or-walls-to-hide-behind\/\" title=\"Pope Francis: Let There Be No More Borders or Walls to \u2018Hide Behind\u2019\">radical decisions<\/a> that could range from outlawing Black History to allowing daycares to refuse Jewish children.<\/p>\n<p>But this is not just hyperbole, according to Sanders. She argued that the current court might use the cases before it to do these things and worse. Last summer, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade with the Dobbs decision, and that was just the opening act for the assault on our fundamental rights and freedoms.<\/p>\n<h3>Potential Repercussions<\/h3>\n<p>Sanders went on to lay out some of the cases and extrapolate their potential repercussions. Referencing the cases brought by the organization Students for Fair Admissions, Sanders noted that the Court was set to weigh in on whether or not race should be considered as a factor when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/brace-yourselves-folks-former-biden-aide-predicts-scotus-could-outlaw-black-history\/\" title=\"Ex-Biden Staffer Warns: SCOTUS May Ban Black History\">making college admissions decisions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the Supreme Court decides that race conscious decision-making and policies are unconstitutional, then everything from special government contracts and programs for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/rubio-rips-mlb-commish-for-leagues-china-cuba-ties\/\" title=\"Rubio Rips MLB Commish for League\u2019s China, Cuba Ties\">minority owned businesses<\/a> to targeted corporate recruitment at HBCUs would all be in jeopardy.<\/li>\n<li>Lawmakers could argue that specialized disciplines like African American or Latin American history are race conscious and therefore, illegal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sanders then brought up Moore v. Harper, a case focusing on state legislatures\u2019 power to set federal election laws in their own states \u2014 up to and including the power to draw congressional maps.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goodbye to fighting partisan, gerrymandering in state and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/federal-court-is-fast-tracking-sidney-powells-request-for-a-forensic-exam-of-dominion-voting-machines\/\" title=\"Federal Court Is Fast-Tracking Sidney Powell\u2019s Request For A Forensic Exam Of Dominion Voting Machines\">federal court<\/a> or a gubernatorial veto.<\/li>\n<li>The NAACP Legal Defense Fund or Marc Elias, they won\u2019t win any more voter suppression cases because they won\u2019t even be allowed to sue.<\/li>\n<li>Sayonara to mail-in ballots if the state legislature thinks they\u2019re unnecessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sanders argued that the court could use a case about business owners who did not want to be forced to bake wedding cakes or build wedding websites for same sex couples to say that business owners should be allowed to refuse service to anyone.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Companies could use the ruling to legally deny service to anyone, not just members of the LGBTQ plus community.<\/li>\n<li>That daycare you like could assert their First Amendment rights to not take Jewish families or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-low-black-lives-matter-monsters-terrorize-child-cancer-fundraiser-in-wisconsin-video\/\" title=\"New Low?
