The restraining order was placed on the administration&#8217;s &#8220;parole without release&#8221; policy after Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody filed a suit, calling the policy unlawful and too similar to the &#8220;Parole + ATD&#8221; policy implemented in March, which was ultimately blocked. The Biden administration plans to appeal the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-administration-to-appeal-decision-which-blocks-the-release-of-migrants-without-dates\/\" title=\"Biden to appeal ruling on releasing migrants without dates.\">11th circuit decision<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Florida Attorney General Calls Policy &#8220;Unlawful&#8221; and &#8220;Dangerous&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>AG Moody expressed her concerns about the policy, calling it &#8220;unlawful&#8221; and &#8220;dangerous.&#8221; She also said that the current administration needs to take action to &#8220;secure the border and protect the American people.&#8221; Judge T.
