McCabe reports:<\/h3>\n<p>Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody and her legal team have successfully argued for a temporary restraining order on the Biden administration&#8217;s plans to end President Donald Trump&#8217;s March 2020 order that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/report-white-house-considering-ending-rule-allowing-us-to-expel-illegal-immigrants-over-covid-concerns\/\" title=\"Report: White House Considering Ending Rule Allowing US To Expel Illegal Immigrants Over COVID Concerns\">allowed immigration officials<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/federal-judge-grants-fla-ag-ashley-moody-two-week-stay-of-bidens-planned-title-42-expiration\/\" title=\"Judge allows Florida AG two-week delay of Biden's Title 42 expiration.\">block asylum requests<\/a> and expedite the expulsion of migrants. Federal Judge T. Kent Wetherell II granted the state of Florida&#8217;s request, stating that the Biden administration&#8217;s new Parole with Conditions program was essentially the same as Biden&#8217;s previously struck down Catch and Release program.
