National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd said in an interview with Fox News that the issue at the border is not financial, but policy-related.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Judd believes that the Biden administration was staffed by \u201cactivists,\u201d and not people concerned with law and order.<\/li>\n<li>He added that the administration doesn&#8217;t want the crisis to end.<\/li>\n<li>Judd said, \u201cIf we went back to policies like Remain in Mexico, this would end tomorrow. But they don\u2019t want it to end.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Judd\u2019s comments come as Title 42, a Trump-era health order that has allowed border agents to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/house-gop-finally-offers-policy-platform-on-border-security\/\" title=\"House GOP Finally Offers Policy Platform on Border Security\">immediately expel illegal aliens<\/a> from the country, will expire on May 11. A surge is expected following Title 42\u2019s end, with some reports estimating that up to 700,000 people are waiting in Mexico to take advantage of the policy\u2019s end.<\/p>\n<h3>President Joe Biden<\/h3>\n<p>President Joe Biden said on Tuesday that he expected the situation to be \u201cchaotic\u201d and said he did not know if the U.S. would be able to handle it.
