The Oscar-winning star was speaking with ET Canada about his new movie, \u201cAbout My Father,\u201d when he revealed the news.<\/p>\n<h3>De Niro on Parenting<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI mean, there\u2019s no way around it with kids. I don\u2019t like to have to lay down the law and stuff like that. But, [sometimes] you just have no choice,\u201d De Niro said. \u201cAnd any parent, I think, would say the same thing.
