The FBI was given until May 10 to turn over all FD-1023 forms created or modified in June 2020 that contain the word \u201cBiden\u201d to the committee. However, the FBI declined to comply with the committee\u2019s order.<\/p>\n<p>Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) expressed his frustration with the FBI\u2019s lack of cooperation, stating, \u201cIt\u2019s clear from the FBI\u2019s response that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/whistleblowers-fbi-has-voluminous-evidence-of-hunter-bidens-potential-criminal-conduct\/\" title=\"Whistleblowers: FBI Has \u201cVoluminous Evidence\u201d of Hunter Biden\u2019s Potential Criminal Conduct\">unclassified record<\/a> the Oversight Committee subpoenaed exists, but they are refusing to provide it to the committee.
