The incident left one man transported to a local hospital in an unknown condition, according to local media.<\/p>\n<h3>Details of the Incident<\/h3>\n<p>Ferguson, 39, flipped his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fed-up-business-owner-blocks-in-health-inspectors-car-who-shut-his-business-down-over-covid-restrictions\/\" title=\"Fed Up Business Owner Blocks In Health Inspector\u2019s Car Who Shut His Business Down Over COVID Restrictions\">pickup truck<\/a> on its side after the collision around 1:50 a.m. Authorities told TMZ that Ferguson refused to take a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fmr-fla-mayor-charged-with-possession-of-child-pornography\/\" title=\"Fmr Fla. mayor charged with possession of child pornography\">field sobriety test<\/a> and was \u201cuncooperative.\u201d Sources told TMZ Ferguson \u201creeked of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes,\u201d as reported by the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>MMA Fighting reported online documents said Ferguson faces a misdemeanor DUI with bail set at $30,000 and has yet to be released. Ferguson also reportedly faces suspension of his license for refusing to cooperate with authorities\u2019 request for a field sobriety test.<\/p>\n<p>Ferguson allegedly crashed into a Mercedes belonging to rapper Cash Gotti, according to his Instagram.<\/p>\n<h3>Ferguson\u2019s UFC Career<\/h3>\n<p>Ferguson began fighting in the UFC in 2011 and currently holds a 25-8 record. He has lost his last five fights, with his most recent defeat to Nate Diaz by submission last September. Other fighters Ferguson lost to include Justin Gaethje, Michael Chandler, Charles Oliveira, and Beneil Dariush.<\/p>\n<p>Ferguson defeated Kevin Lee by submission in 2017 for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/not-with-a-bang-but-with-a-whimper-is-this-the-end-for-conor-mcgregor\/\" title=\"Not With A Bang, But With A Whimper: Is This The End For Conor McGregor?\">lightweight championship<\/a> until losing the title shortly after due to an injury.<\/p>\n<h3>Personal Issues<\/h3>\n<p>According to The Daily Mail, Ferguson\u2019s wife, Christina Servin, filed a restraining order against him in 2019, citing allegations of \u201cuncharacteristic behavior\u201d traits like intense paranoia, sleep deprivation, and destruction of property.
